I've implemented code generation already, that is, your visual design is translated into a sort of template with all the control creation and placement code generated automatically for you to add manually whatever other functionality you need for your application.
Currently I'm working on the control window style editor, and it involves a lot of manual routine work. As soon as it's ready, I'll release an alpha version for you to test and, hopefully, utilize. Then I'll be adding a sort of a rudimentary property editor and, this done, I'll post a beta release.
This visual designer is intended to fill in the gap in GUI design capabilities of FBSL while my FSF (FBSL Script Factory) IDE is a work in progress.
FMFD is a limited tool and I won't implement all the sophisticated features like group selection operations etc. in it. All these will be incorporated in the future FSF.
Instead, I'll make FMFD open-sourced and fully commented. Anyway, it's based mostly on freeware code and it would be incorrect to the original authors to abuse their code in a closed-source project. Anybody who's interested will be encouraged to improve the code and add new features.
Thanks for the reports once again.
